I believe I bring a unique perspective to discussions on and inquires into discipleship, discernment, vocation and faith.
As a working priest, parenting two school-aged children with my spouse, I know the demands of professional and home life.
As an activist and community organizer, I've experienced seasons of cynicism and burnout. I know what it is to have a hardened heart.
I've learned how to pray for a heart that is soft and warm and sweet, lest a heart of stone take up permanent residence in my soul.
This is what it means to me to take heart and be of good courage: to pray for an ooey-gooey-chocolate-brownie-like heart and then to go out into the world with a love that seeks justice.
If there is anyway I might accompany you and your community on your spiritual journey, I hope you'll reach out. We have much work to do. Together.
In the meantime, Take Heart and Be Of Good Courage,
